01Wireless P2P Technologies is a Swedish deep-tech company that provides decentralized, tactical wireless networks for mission-critical operations. Built on more than a decade of advanced research and development, the company specializes in secure tactical communications, software-defined radio (SDR), and electronic warfare–resilient connectivity for defense and unmanned platforms.
By leveraging proprietary technology, Wireless P2P enables secure and robust device-to-device communication without relying on fixed infrastructure. Its solutions deliver broadband performance with fast frequency hopping, MANET-based networking, and integrated anti-jamming capabilities, ensuring reliable connectivity in highly contested electromagnetic environments. BACKGROUND
02WIRELESS P2P TECHNOLOGIES AB is a Swedish SME established in 2014 as spin off from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH, Sweden) with an idea to commercialize the research in the field of embedded wireless systems, specifically decentralized peer-to-peer and mobile ad hoc networking. Wireless P2P Technologies AB is a member of Swedish Security and Defense Industry Association (SOFF).
We hold strong scientific background and practical experience in various SDR platforms and embedded systems design with FPGA, DSP and SDR SoCs, both hardware design and software development including waveforms and signal processing.

We are constantly looking for a talented, result oriented, multitasking developers with high ambitions for state-of-the-art innovations in wireless systems, both software and hardware. Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated developers in the following areas:
– SDR and RF hardware design
– SDN
– RF Machine learning
– FPGA
– C/C++ and embedded Linux
In these R&D positions you will work with cutting edge technologies in telecom and embedded wireless systems together with the team of highly skilled developers.
